Following the initial installation, the Datastore365 ds-client runs seamlessly
in the background, scheduling and managing your online backups automatically.
Scheduled backups can be performed at several times during the day, or indeed data
can be contantly backed up using CDP (Continuous Data Protection).
You will of course be kept aware of the status of each backup set. This is acheived
either
by sending an email notification message to the person responsible for overseeing
the backup process, or it can easily be monitored by third party systems via SNMP.
Datastore365's automated internet backup service significantly reduces the
time and therefore money spent on protecting your company's digital assets. In addition,
since no human intervention
is needed it greatly reduces the possibility of backup
